abm’s qPCR Lentivirus Titer Kit provides results in only 1 hour. Total qRT-PCR reaction times of abm’s qPCR Lentivirus Titer Kit (Cat. No. LV900), Taqman® RNA-to-Ct™ 1-Step Kit, and time required for a typical 2-step reaction were compared.
abm’s qPCR AAV Titer Kit provides consistent, and accurate titer measurements. The titers of AAV3, 5, and 7 were measured using abm's qPCR AAV Titer Kit (Cat. No. G931) containing primers for both CMV and ITR. The titer results for each serotype show there is no significant difference in real-time PCR amplification for CMV or ITR.

HEK293T, HeLa, K562, Primary Human T Cells, and Primary Swine Spleen Macrophages were transduced with Scrambled siRNA GFP Lentivirus (Cat. No. LVP015-G) without using a transduction enhancer and using abm's ViralEntry™ Transduction Enhancer (Cat. No. G515).

With the purchase of any lentiviral vector, bundle two or more lentiviral kits listed below to activate additional savings! These specially assembled starter bundles are ideal for beginners new to Lentivirus packaging and transduction, as well as experienced users looking for a great deal.
The Packaging System Mix (1) and the DNAfectin™ Plus Transfection Reagent (2) are required to generate the lentivirus during transfection of the cells with the transfer plasmid. After collection, the virus concentration can be measured (titered) using the qPCR Lentivirus Titer Kit (3). To improve transduction (infection) efficiency, the ViralEntry™ Transduction Enhancer (4) can be added along with the virus particles directly to the cells and media.
